Diary Entry # 2

Dear Diary,
I wonder if Alice had a guilty conscience. She did a lot of things, that even in todays society would be considered horrible. Now days smoking marijuana isn't as 'bad' as it was back in the 70's. I could only imagine how mad she must of been at herself. In the beginning Alice started off as an, averagely okay, normal teenage girl. But then she turned into a 'drugie.' I just wonder how did she really truly feel. Did she ever feel like things would be okay for her? Did she ever think that the past could remain in the past, and she could start off from scratch? I know she doubted herself a lot and she'd repeatedly talk about how horrible she feels about her corrupt actions, but I just wonder if those thoughts are what could of lead to her death.. Hmm.
